Promptness of response :  Bruce Gray was extremely efficient and given our exceptional circumstances in that we are in a contract race, accommodated us and fitted us in to provide a full survey to help us achieve our completion date . 
Quality of service : The report was detailed and he telephoned me to discuss the report . He explained everything and assured us if we needed to ask anything after the report was sent we could call him at any point. A great service we could not have asked for better .

Promptness of response :  Bruce Gray was able to conduct the survey within a few days of being instructed and then prepared the report within a few days of the survey.
Quality of service :  I was really impressed with the survey, both in terms of the detailed content user-friendly format. I have used several different surveyors in the past (including some large surveyors) but Bruce's report stands out as the best one.
Value for money :  Bruce was one of the cheapest quotes I received but, as noted above, the report was top quality.
Professionalism :  Bruce spent 15 minutes on the phone with me to discuss his findings and I found him to be very professional.
