GRAYS are often called in by customers who are concerned by a defect to their property.

Issues include roof and chimney defects, dampness, leaking services, and of course, cracking and structural movement.

We can carry out an inspection of the property to identify the type and extent of the defects, diagnose the cause and propose works for their rectification. We can then advise on costs and implementation of the repairs.

If required, we can also return to site to monitor the works in progress.
